jen'snewday 48 Posted October 9, 2016 I, too, use the weight of my first appointment as my Highest. Then my surgery weight is day of surgery . Good luck on your liquid phase , ladies! It truly is the most challenging part in the journey, in my opinion . When I had faltering moments , I reached out to others who have been through it. We are all here for you ! pattycaketoo 133 Posted October 12, 2016 My date is also 10/25. I started my liquid diet on Monday 10/10. How are you doing with it? Last night was hard for me. I'm not diabetic but my sugar dropped and I had to eat a little something. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I am down 9 lbs since my preop check up (10/4). So I am excited. I do miss eating. Having caffeine and sugar withdrawal headaches I think but they are going to go away. Drinking my food is becoming routine so that's good I guess. Edited October 13, 2016 by Er1n
