Here I am before and after gastric bypass I see a bit of difference.... I had surgery on August 22 so I feel like I'm losing slow but as long as I get to my goal of 155 I will be a happy camper lol.

Congratulations! I had my surgery on 8/23, started at 311 and am down to 280. I have to admit, it feels slow to me also. What kind of eating plan are you on?

I eat Protein bars bc I can't get the drinks Down but I'll try next week to see if I can, I also eat bakes spaghetti squash not all tho save for later, baked turkey and stick to beef/tuna bc chicken gives me a hard time... Oh and veggies love baby carrots lol
