How much liquid/water can you drink after being sleeved? I'm drinking about 12oz in 20min after a week from surgery is that normal or is it too much? I'm scared to stretch my stomach

I don't think liquid will stretch anything...I am at week 9 and drinking normally. Now eating food too fast or too much is a problem.

My surgery was 9/26 and it takes me about 15 minutes to drink 4oz. My plan said to start with four oz an hour and I have just kept with that. Now I am taking about an hour and 15 to drink a Premier Protein shake.< /p>

Yea I only can only drink this much with Water juice n Gatorade nothing else not even Soup

looks like you and @@Raynbolite @@Jen-2+1 are all newbies

PO many people have trouble drinking water/protein shakes

you must force/push yourself to drink

drink slowly, sips here and there do add up

if you don't drink enough you might become dehydrated

about 3 weeks PO, i was dehydrated

it was awful - they had to fill me with fluids/IV

spent the night at the hospital

i'll always remember the date

it was Valentines Day!!!

asap you can/should/must drink minimum 64 oz

the more you drink the better

try drinking Water at room temperature

crystal light is also a good alternative to water

drinking to your health

By normally drinking, I able able to drink more Water now, bigger gulps than before. I hit my Fluid goals with little issue. I just make sure to stop drinking 15min before a meal and 30 min after.

I'm drinking 80 oz day but get some of it from sugar free Popsicles which is a big help .... Only 16 days out but works well for me

liquids go through your sleeve quickly and will not cause stretching.
