If Protein shakes - get some additives like sugar free flavoring or PB2 to change it up. Buy a Blender Bottle. If you can have broth - make your own. Keep busy and remember this is temporary and we can get through it. I haven't cheated at all - done with day 6. I can have Protein Shakes, broth, sugar free popsicles or Jello and celery. It's brutal but I'm looking at the big picture.@krisrenLe.
