Pre-op diet has begun

Mine starts Monday, 10/24 bypass date. Any tricks you've found so far??

What are you allowed? If Protein shakes - get some additives like sugar free flavoring or PB2 to change it up. Buy a Blender Bottle. If you can have broth - make your own. Keep busy and remember this is temporary and we can get through it. I haven't cheated at all - done with day 6. I can have Protein Shakes, broth, sugar free popsicles or Jello and celery. It's brutal but I'm looking at the big picture.

@krisrenLe. On my 3rd day liquid diet...I got this and so do you...I think we get sleeved the sameday..the 18th

We sure do! I'm on day 7 - we can do this! I'm cleaning like crazy to stay busy!
