Today (my "free day" from exercise):

B: yogurt (Yoplait light); babybel light cheese (2)

L: 1 oz chicken breast, 5 cherry tomatoes, tbsp honey mustard dressing, 1/2c croutons, few lettuce leaves

Snack: 60 cal pudding, 60 cal puff pastry twists (2)

Dinner: 1/4c mashed potatoes, chicken tender w/ BBQ (KFC)

Estimated cals (haven't calculated yet): 1300
