MEMEcarter 3 Posted October 6, 2016 I was 450 pounds I was in a 5x top and bottom now I'm in a 2x bottom and a 1x top in some shirts I can wear a large I now weigh 260 pounds my goal weight is 190 I do Zumba Twice a week I love it I walk once or twice a week this is the best thing I could have ever done for myself at 450 pounds there was things I could not do for myself simple things I'm proud of myself and if u have made the choice to have the gastric sleeve then you should be proud of yourself cause there will be a time when you will be able to look at yourself in the mirror and be proud of the new person you have become and look at your old pictures and not recognize that person if your weight loss is slow just get moving drink your Protein shacks I recommend Premier Protein it gets the weight off vegetables and meats Soups and if your going back into your old habits eating and drinking cokes and candy remember the decision you made and that you have more weight to lose and you can do it no matter what we can all be proud of ourselves cause we made a decision to a better and healthy life we all may face challenges but don't quit or give up Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
