pam61997 0 Posted October 5, 2016 I struggle with evening snacking. I try to stick with Protein but it's hard. Any suggestions?? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
KristenLe 5,979 Posted October 5, 2016 Find something else to do - read, color, clean, paint your nails, call a friend, take a walk, etc. If you have a snack - try sf popsicles or Jello.

Raynbolite 302 Posted October 6, 2016 I have an after dinner evening snack. One and I work it in with my calories count. Our son is hungry after school, so we have dinner early. I need something in the evening. I just have one and not grazing the night away. I hate sf Jello and sf popsicles. I tend to have veggies. Dub 9,922 Posted October 6, 2016 There are many types of pickles that have almost zero calories yet tremendous flavor.
Raynbolite 302 Posted October 8, 2016 Pickles have kept me going. Just when I want to start grazing from old habits...one zero calories pickle fills me up and keeps me in line. Pickles are the best! Sent from my XT1650 using the BariatricPal App

Raynbolite 302 Posted October 25, 2016 2.5 wks now, but that post was 2wks ago...I started eating pickles at week 6. I only eat baby pickles, softer skin, small and no seeds really. When I was on liquids, I sucked on them for just a new taste. Yup, pickles have been my friend. Sent from my XT1650 using the BariatricPal App
