Do they even test for that? I've heard of nicotine tests pre op, but not THC. Is that an insurance requirement for you?

No just saw previous posts...I'm not gonna deny that I don't think it's an issue..but I'm good on the nicotine part too..quit 2 months ago✌

I live in Washington state where it is legal. When asked, I told them that I was an occasional smoker. They noted it, suggested that I don't smoke in the 3-weeks leading up to the surgery and that was that.
