return2slender 0 Posted October 3, 2016 I feel dizzy a lot of the times now and I have no energy. I take Vitamins and try to eat at least 3 times a day. I was 218 pounds and now I'm 125 pounds. The doctor said I should of stopped loosing weight and lost 10 more pounds since he told me that. I don't have energy to exercise. I don't want to loose anymore weight. I've been to the hospital and they couldn't come up with anything. I fear if I keep loosing weight I will look sickly. I feel sick. When I eat something other then Soup my stomach hurts. I always feel nauseous after eating. Any suggestions? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
KristenLe 5,979 Posted October 3, 2016 @@return2slender You need to determine why you feel sick after eating. That's the first step - because in order to stop losing - you need to eat more / increase calories. Eat more often during the day - 3 times is minimal especially if you can't eat much at all or only eating Soup. Have they done any bloodwork to make sure your Vitamin levels are good? return2slender 0 Posted October 4, 2016 Thank you for your suggestions. My bloodwork was done and everything came out normal. I bought nuts, veggies, and cheese. I snack on that through the day. The doctor suggested I stick to only 3 meals a day and avoid snacking but I find that since I can't eat enough in one setting breaking small meals up and snacking on healthy small amounts is the only way I can get enough nutrients. It's been tough. I have not been able to attend any support groups either. Thank you. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
