Need advice

Hello,

I am hoping to get some advice. I am scheduled for fill tomorrow (#4)

my band feels tight in am...but by lunch and eve i am hungry. Can eat rice (1) c popcorn (3) c. Here is the deal have only lost about 1/2 pound in past 6 weeks. 6 days ago I got stuck on a pill (am) and vomited not pb'ed. The pill is about a third of an inch. I did the 2 days of liquids. the last 2fills (under flouro) they pull back the saline and put total of 3.8 cc before obstructing(i have 10 cc band). It is a 3 hour drive to get the fill. I feel frustrated and disappointed Not sure if should get fill or wait. Any advice would be appreciated.

Because you are not losing you may need a fill but you need to be careful as you get tighter. Get a pill cutter and make sure you cut your pills in two. Chew your food well. Sometimes it is hard to tell what you need to do. Go to fitday.com and track your food to find out how many calories you are eating. That sometimes helps.

You should still be tight in the a.m. I always drink a Protein Shake. If you are eating 1 cup of food that is too much. Good restriction is more like 1/3 or 1/4 cup of food. Good luck.
