0% fat yoghurt and fruit for Breakfast

A low calorie Soup for lunch and chicken or white fish and veg for tea ....

I'm struggling I'm use to eating so much more

@@megnun21 Drink tons of Water or non-caloric drinks - that will help! I can have 5 Protein shakes and 3 Snacks of broth, sf popsicle or sf Jello. You're lucky you can have food. Stay strong!

It gets easier, day 3 here, 4 shakes, sf pudding, plenty of non- calorie liquids. Down 6 lbs, yay me...

I, too, just started my 10 day pre-op liquid diet today. I haven't had any issues, just waiting for the headaches and everything else that goes along with not eating anything, and getting rid of all the unhealthy, fattening stuff I was putting into my body. WE CAN DO THIS!!
