I wish you a good day tomorrow. I was just there last Wednesday, so I know exactly how you feel. I'm not perfect, but at 3 days post-op, I am in MUCH BETTER shape than I thought I would be!!

Congratulations on the best thing you can do for yourself! The next couple days may be tough, but be strong! It gets better with everyday, and your life is going to change for the better... Push yourself for greatness and you will achieve it! Trust me... I am down over 160 lbs in 7 months :) Enjoy this next chapter of your life, write it slowly, and always try to fill it with exciting new ways!
