Hi there! Another nov 22 here as well. Feeling nervous and excited. I haven't told family or friends yet so I'm not sure how I will navigate the Thanksgiving holiday. I would imagine I will be too tired to go. Anyone else in this boat?

Tomorrow is day 5 of my pre surgery liquid diet. Monday the 7th at 9:30am is my scheduled bypass surgery day. I'm so scared and nervous! I'm scared of the possible pain from surgery and nervous I won't succeed in losing the weight.

Are you succeeding in your pre-op diet that mentally prepares you i've been told and if you can do well at that I think you will do just great I start my pre-op diet next Tuesday on the eighth

Yes, I've been doing great on the liquid diet although it's not too fun watching your husband and 4 boys get to eat anything they want. Lol.. I'm just trying to keep my eye on the prize.
