aortiz1987 10 Posted October 1, 2016 Currently scheduled for surgery on October 5th and wondering what kind of clothes should I pick for after surgery. They told me to pack comfortable clothes but To me that's leggings. Any input would be appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
erp 2,016 Posted October 1, 2016 Loose track pants and a sweatshirt was as fancy as I went home in. Nothing tight on waist is my recommendation.
catnose 18 Posted October 1, 2016 My surgery is October 5th also. Good luck!!! I'm going to pack yoga pants that aren't too tight and a tshirt. Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted October 1, 2016 I just wore a loose dress and took an extra pair of underwear to wear home.
anniebanana 167 Posted October 1, 2016 As long as the leggings are loose...that's what I used. Also, be sure you bring a pillow or have one in your car for the ride home. The road bumps can be very uncomfortable if you don't have something to support your stomach with.
Browneyedgirl41 176 Posted October 1, 2016 Yoga pants and a comfy top is what I wore to the surgery center. It kinda looked like lounging pajamas. I didn't even bother with a bra.
Rosey posey 176 Posted October 1, 2016 Greeting from another brown e.g. don't plan to wear a bra there either. My girls are petite for the rest of me tight/B or loose/C so not super floppy. You are a woman after my own heart.!! Sent from my S55 using the BariatricPal App
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted October 1, 2016 @@aortiz1987 I bought a leisure bra that closed in the front, that was probably one of my best preop purchases. Then I wore a loose maxi dress. I loved that dress, I miss it
aortiz1987 10 Posted October 1, 2016 Thanks all. I'm flying out of state tomorrow for the surgery so I'll make sure to pick up something loose fitting when I get to NV. Appreciate everyone's feedback Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
