PhoenixMiller 2 Posted October 1, 2016 I am approaching the 4th month check in with my nutritionist. The first month was the check in, the second month I lost 4 pounds, but the 3rd month I stayed the same. This month I have lost 5 pounds. Will the fact that I didn't lose weight the 3rd month but stayed the same effect insurance approval? I must lose a minimum of 20 pounds by the first week of December. cbonet 336 Posted October 1, 2016 You are already half way there and you have 2 not months to work on it????. Look at what you're already doing and change it up a notch. Less carbs, more lean Protein and exercise a little more. You'll do it!
PhoenixMiller 2 Posted October 1, 2016 So motivating! I not sure insurance will approved because of the one month I didn't lose anything. Sent from my SGH-T399N using the BariatricPal App
KristenLe 5,979 Posted October 1, 2016 I doubt that will be an issue at all.
bari_nurse 2 Posted October 1, 2016 Shouldn't be an issue! They look at compliance. So if you are sticking with diet and exercise or not.
