I have been drinking the GNC 100% whey Protein for about a year before I even considered surgery and I really like the chocolate one I put milk a banana ice and one scoop in my Neutra bullet until it is A whippy consistency and I really enjoy it

I had surgery last Tuesday, 9/27. I feel more myself today. So much so that I keep pushing the line of overdoing it. I hope you feel better in the next couple of days. Hang in there. ☀️
