tawnmarie 4 Posted September 30, 2016 I've been throwing up randomly in the mornings. Has anyone ever experienced this? My doctor isn't concerned. Just tells me to take nausea pills. I wanted to no if anyone else goes what I'm going through. It started when I started eating solid foods but I never overeat. So then I thought it was because my stomach is so empty and I'm not eating enough as I think there's a correlation but maybe I'm just trying to see it. Anyone going through this, let me know. It's like morning sickness but not. Mostly dry heaving. My surgery date was August 8th, 2016. suzzzzz 1,005 Posted September 30, 2016 Perhaps your bites are too big or you are eating too fast.
kimini 175 Posted September 30, 2016 I don't have this problem, but my surgeon warned that this might happen. He said to keep a Protein Drink by the bed and sip on it if/when I wake up in the middle of the night, because the low blood sugar in the morning can make some people sick. He also suggested a cassein Protein Shake at night to help. Cassein Protein takes longer to break down so it keeps your blood sugar steady longer. <-- I think that's right. If anyone knows more about it, please clarify or expound.
