sweetpea51 3 Posted September 3, 2007 Hi everyone - can anybody tell me what exercises to do for my flabby upper arms? I do have 5 lb. weights that I kind of use but I really don't know what the heck I'm doing. I was just banded on August 1, 2007 so I am new to this - any help would be greatly appreciated! debbiek1 0 Posted September 3, 2007 at walmarts they have this display of $1 DVDs. there are a couple workout videos. one is for upper body. she does exercises with weights which would be good for our upper arms. everyone lives near a Walmart and you cant beat 1 dollar!! jmarruda 22 Posted September 7, 2007 my trainer has me doing 1 min of bicep curls, 1 min of tricep extensions, 1 min of another bicep exercise, 1 min of another tricep exercise, 1 min of shoulder presses, 1 min of back extensions? (don't know the name, I know that won't help you), then 10 pushups (real pushups, not girl pushups). Then do the same thing 2 more times with no rests in between.
