chycky 671 Posted September 30, 2016 Well I take two does first off. I take Calcium separately with my Vitamin D. I have not had Iron problems my labs two weeks ago were excellent. I do take a B50, B12, Biotin and keratin. I was actually told to decrease my b12 based on labs, so now only do it 3 times per week. The vitamints are great, but since I don't have to have chewables anymore I will probably move on to regulars ones that cost a bit less.

icyblufrz88 33 Posted November 12, 2016 (edited) @@sarajeano - Not sure if you have heard but Bariatric Advantage is getting some new Multivitamins on Dec.2nd. They will be chewy bites (like starburst candies), and they will be for $29.95 for a pack of 60. Look into it and see if it is something you might want to try Sent from my LG-H830 using the BariatricPal App Edited November 12, 2016 by icyblufrz88
