I had mine yesterday. I was nervous to. Indid everything i was asked to do. How long was your fast? Did they also tell you to stop the Protein shakes 2 days prior and drink the magnesium citrate to clean your system out?

My first consultation was 8/26. He gave me lot of referalls. But he did not mention anything about pre op diet or Protein shakes.

@ppressrh24 I have to do de pre diet only for 2 days before surgery.
