ryan_86 335 Posted September 28, 2016 I just passed the two week mark and have been cleared to eat pureed foods. I just tried pureeing some light chicken noodle Soup (just a few noodles), and that just created a foamy, over-salted mess. I made a smoothy, but then I wondered if the seeds from the strawberries, almost impossible to strain out, were a problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on pureed foods other than mashed potatoes and chicken/tune salad? Thank you!
breuxo 78 Posted September 28, 2016 shellys ricotta bake (google it) also not sure if allowed on your plan but mine lets me have a soft poached egg, and melba toast Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Pescador 1,374 Posted September 28, 2016 Advice, leave off the mashed potatoes. Google puréed foods after iatrochemistry and get plenty of answers and ideas! Good luck!

fd319 86 Posted September 28, 2016 My doctor told me to stay away from Soups with any Pasta. Or anything that is hard on the stomach(spicy). But I went and got a black bean and corn Soup it has a kick. But it's great! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
