Lactose intolerant

Hello,

I am lactose intolerant what is a good premade shake I can buy that won't mess my tummy up?

I was lactose intolerant before surgery. Still lactose intolerant. Many become lactose intolerant for awhile after surgery. I found Isopure was the easiest to tolerate. Mixing shakes fairlife milk (if the powder is also lactose free) was also great. Lactaid milk is too high in sugar.

I thought I was lactose intolerant for a few years. It turns out that it was my gallbladder going bad. Had it removed and can now eat anything.

I had a problem with milk for years. I was tested and it was determined to be an enzyme issue not a lactose issue. So far 4 weeks post op I haven't had any problems. I'm going to try 2% milk this weekend and see if I can avoid a hospital.
