kmt1973 92 Posted September 27, 2016 I make crackers using almond flour. Very low carb and gluten free. You Mix 1 cup flour with 1 egg white. Till all moist. Roll out very thin on parchment paper, using a pizza cutter, cut out sized crackers. Sprinkle with whatever salt or seasoning you like. I like chili powder, garlic powder or salt, and seasoned salt the best. Sent from my VS985 4G using the BariatricPal App Sorry, didn't finish. Place paper onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 till brown Sent from my VS985 4G using the BariatricPal App

smg 471 Posted September 27, 2016 Mr. cheese O's Snacks. You can find them on Amazon. Minimal list of ingredients, real cheese, and 10-12 grams of Protein per 100-120 cals. Satisfies the crave for something "crunchy and salty" as well...if that's what you're looking for.
GamblinAJ 31 Posted September 27, 2016 Stay away from crackers. Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
jenjenp 63 Posted September 27, 2016 I have tried an almond cracker and good old wheat thins with tuna for a meal. I can only eat 5 so carbs for the day are not a factor. But I agree stay away from crackers it can be a slippery slope. I know I have / had a carb addiction. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
