shedo82773 1,236 Posted September 26, 2016 Hi breuxo Noone can get all ther fluids and Protein in. Just concentrate on sipping and sip some more. Walk as much as you are able to do. I was told to concentrate on your fluids first. We can become dehydrated real fast. Everything will get better each and everyday. Your weight loss is awesome!! breuxo 78 Posted September 26, 2016 i have weighed myself everyday for along time lol that doesn't bug me. i just wanted to make sure i wasn't doing something wrong. i've always done this, and i know some will say omg don't weigh yourself everyday you'll get upset when a stall hits but even at my heaviest weight i weighed myself everyday. just something i do. laceemouse 631 Posted September 27, 2016 It will get better and better every day, try to get a little closer to the goal each day. You aren't hurting yourself unless you get dehydrated.
