i ordered a sample packet and it has given me lot of flavors and i like the flavors but every time i take them i get super nauseated, i was fine taking them before surgery like my doc said to but now its like my body is like nah girl ur good lol

Have you guys considered the Vitamin Patches? I've heard they work really well and it's what I plan on using, I've always had a hard time swallowing Vitamins and pills.

Yes. They are horrible. Have to wash down with Water. Glad it's not just me. Lol

They make me throw up! Literally the worse thing EVER they are HUGE and super chalky. I recently bought some vitamin patches from the BariatricPal Store. They are working pretty good so far:-)
