Hello Kittee 0 Posted September 3, 2007 You must try to remember every medical problem you have visited a doctor for in the last 5 years and detail each ailment as it relates to your weight/obesity. For example, I have thyroid issues and am on medication, I have arthritis, etc....and site the doctor seen and the year if you can remember and relate it to your obesity as the cause or making unbearable. My doctor try the 2 time the same day denied.I"am very up set i have diabetes back pain arthrits fatty liver diseasesleep apnea my weight is 196 5"1it 4;13 in the moring can"t sleep.I need the ban I lost a brother and sister in May my other brother need a liver.My age is 55 Please send your letter.
