_Kate_ 2,224 Posted September 25, 2016 I still have a Protein latte (25 oz) every morning and still really love it. For the first time since the surgery I ran out a couple of weeks ago and they couldnt deliver for a week. Good god, I was like a bitch from Hell. I like the fact its a good chunk of Fluid which starts me off in a positive way plus the 15g of Protein first thing is a good way to start the day. What do you still do which helps set you up for the day? Kate
icunurse85 9 Posted September 25, 2016 Premier shakes have 30 gm Protein. My favorite flavor is caramel. They are 11 oz. Sent from my SM-N910P using the BariatricPal App
teaqueen 113 Posted September 25, 2016 I do Premiere shake in my coffee. 30 Gms of Protein and about 3/4 of a cup of coffee. I count it as 16oz of Fluid on my tracker. It makes a good coffee creamer and starts my morning out right! Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App

heidikat72 935 Posted October 11, 2016 the less thinking i have to do when i first wake up the better! so my lunch is already prepared to grab out of the fridge, same with Breakfast. I already have dinner planned and often prepped. I also already know what i'm going to wear. So what do I do with that time that I would have been running around trying to figure those things out? I have a good long stretching session to help my body wake up.

Soozern 75 Posted October 27, 2016 Hey Kate! Nice to see you! I've not logged on here for ages but I am just back from visiting my son in Australia and feel I need to concentrate on my food for a while. I didn't put on or lose any weight while away but did slip into eating some weird rubbish, so have decided to get back to entering food on MFP.

chrisredjeep 357 Posted October 30, 2016 Well here we are the fabulous threesome. How many stones have we lost between us! Must be in the 20 s . Watch out for that Halloween rubbish. I had a Haribo thing last night to shut up my friends grandchild and I lost a filling! Still running in the mornings god it was dark on Friday so I'm glad the clocks have changed. We must all meet up !
Sai 785 Posted October 30, 2016 Every morning, I like to weigh myself, log it, then review what I ate the day before in my food log (calories/carbs/fats/nutrition). It helps me stay focused... Then I usually follow it up with a good cup of coffee.< /p>

#BirdDog 604 Posted October 31, 2016 I add liquid Vitamin D to an Isopure and drink that throughout the morning. Gets me boosted with 40g of Protein and one of my Vitamins out of the way.
M@E 84 Posted November 5, 2016 Hi Hun how do you make that? Is it a certain make or do you add Protein powder to a normal latte. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
