I had my sleeve done August 10th 2016 at St Francis's in Federal Way, so 6 weeks post surgery and doing fine!

I just moved from that area my aunt had her surgery at st Francis as well. I am glad your doing good any tips u can give me on anything they Dont tell you at the dr

I'm quarter of the way done. Plus oct18, I start UW's appts. They are aiming for a January surgery. It seems far away, but it will hopefully go by fast.

O ok I just finished that part. Waiting till it gets close to the time of surgery takes forever but once you get the hang of all you new changes food wise and working out its gets easy and goes by super fast. And when it gets hard remember u got this u didn't come this far not to get it done I had to tell myself that a few times.
