crut77 3 Posted September 24, 2016 Was wondering if anyone has experienced their shoe size changing with weight loss. If so, how many sizes? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

doppelganger 54 Posted September 24, 2016 I'm a solid 11wide in Asics running shoes but recently I had to buy some dress shoes/heels and fit a 10 nicely. Styles and brands differ but I think I'm down about half a size as well and while still a wide definitely not as wide.
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted September 24, 2016 12W to a 10/10.5 regular. I have long feet. I don't expect them to get any smaller, they were never smaller than this when I was thinner.

Kathy812 794 Posted September 25, 2016 I started at 9.5 wide and about 4-5 months later I was down to a 8.5 medium. Love it! 2 years later, still 8.5 ( despite 8lb weight gain).
