So my surgery is Oct 18, and I want to go out and start getting and tasting Protein shakes...Trying to stock up on shakes...jello..etc...What's the best ones!!

I really like the boost carb control in chocolate! Slim Fast strawberry is good too. I just started my pre-op liquid diet today. I have tried many shakes before choosing but my nutritionist gave me a list of the allowed shakes so just make sure you can have them before trying them! Save yourself the moneyy.

I am currently on the pre-op Liquid Protein diet. I am using Six Star Elite whey Isolate. It comes in this big a** tub that you can buy at Walmart or Amazon. It's not bad tasting (though a bit on the sweet side), and it is 30 g Protein a serving, and practially zero carbs and fat.

I have tried so many and hated every single one of them. I recently picked up someone's suggestion of premier Protein and got me the chocolate flavour. My struggle with Protein is over. This stuff is already made, delicious and very inexpensive.

I do premium protien shakes (Walmart & Sam's Club $16 case) 160cal, 5carbs (only 1sugar carb) and 30gms protien. All are good chocolate, strawberry, Carmel , banana cream my favorites

I bought 2 5 lbs tubs of the Isopure chocolate and strawberry from GNC. I use the unsweetened 30 calorie almond milk. It makes them thicker and taste better.
