First trip out 4 days post op

I couldn't stay in any more. Sitting on my porch and deck wasn't Cutting it anymore. I went to see my gram for 2 hours and stopped at the grocery for some Soup and milk.

I feel pretty good. Time for a nap and relax.

Good for you! Getting up and about is the best thing to speed along recovery. The naps help too. ????

Walked the mall four days post surgery. I was bored to death and raring to go!

It was raining here so I went to the mall to walk. It felt great to be out and about. Still not quite feeling human but getting there.

Went to do groceries with my bf and on a walk with the dog around the neighborhood yesterday which was my day 3! such a good feeling! Congrats!
