xtinaBlue 12 Posted September 23, 2016 I was trying to figure out the same thing...you can use the @ and the person's ID @@karen.del and I guess there is a message option to send a private message (on the app at least) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
The New Kel 1,312 Posted September 24, 2016 Update: Today I decided to stay as busy as possible. I walked the dog, twice.., long walks, he was happy! And ran tons of errands since I have the day off. This evening I watched a movie withthe family. Seems that as long as I stay really occupied, I'm pretty ok...as long as no one makes huge messes in the house, lol. Hope all you other pre-ops are surviving!
Mimi52 103 Posted September 24, 2016 I can relate, on day 7 of pre-op and yesterday was one of worst days with being cranky, last day of work, so much to do, but my team was amazing and tried to make it easier. Today will be a challenge my bbf's son's 16th birthday and I am doing all the cooking. She graciously told me not to do it, but her son is like mine so have to. Just remember the goal, that's what I keep telling myself and doing count down. Good luck with rest of pre-op Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
