I look back at this post and all I can say is WOW!! I'm now weigh 149lbs I feel great, look great. There were times I felt I was doing something wrong, the weight was stalling, it was coning off VERY slow, but in the end ahhhhhhh it is working! I'm just about 5 months out and total loss is 48lbs. My gaol weight is 135.
