Dibaby 0 Posted September 10, 2007 Okay the spinning class took an even greater toll then I first thought. I remember feelang like this one other time..thats when I tried to waterski...unsuccesfully I might add. The second day from spinning class was the worse. I couldn't do anything this weekend. Thats awesome. I have class tonight, I can't wait. So does 15 minutes of strenght training count?
