Surgery buddy 10/6/16

Hey all. I've never posted on here before but I've been reading since February. I've been approved and my sleeve surgery is scheduled for 10/6. Anyone else out there scheduled for similar date? Im 34/M, 5'10,281 lbs. I live in Maryland and having my surgery at Washington hospital center. It'll be cool to meet someone who has the same/similar date.

Yes I am are you? I really dnt like the Protein Shakes yuck!

I'm not nervous yet. I'll get nervous the morning of, on my way to the hospital. It won't set in until then. What kind are you drinking

I dnt like Protein Shakes at all makes me feel sick I throw up for hours when I try to drink them

Try high Protein Ensure or the muscle milk light. They are both over 15g of protein, less then 5g of sugar, and less then 200 calories. You might like them better. The muscle milk has a ton of protein (20g) but doesn't taste as good as the ensure.
