Recommended Posts

Good question, Autumn. I'd like to know more as well. Can you wear them all at the same time?

I wear 4 different ones at the same time.

If you buy your Patches here at the bariatricpal store, you get a discount for first time purchase I believe as well as a discount if you sign up for auto-ship.

I use the multi Vitamin and the Calcium with D3 daily at the same time. I rotate them between my chest under my bra to keep them on easily and my shoulders Under my bra strap again keeps them in place all day. The only time they have come off is when I used them when I sleep.. I move around way to much.. Key is to just grab the corner when taking them off the page..

I ordered the Patches a few days ago for the first time. Per the site you can wear them all together, night or day, for 12hrs. The B12 has the potential to cause energy boost that can keep you up at night though. I plan to wear them during the day under my bra and rotate sites.

I wear multi overnight on shoulder. B12 must be worn daytime as it can keep you awake

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
