Your week will turn into a month and then 6 months then all of a sudden you'll be celebrating a year too!

Seriously, it goes that fast!

Enjoy the ride because it'll go fast and then the real hard work begins... (maintenance)

IMO anyways.

I'm 2.8 lbs from goal, but by dear golly it has been harder to stay at this weight (and to lose the last few!) Then it was to lose the first 120!

You look great! Especially your arms. My arms aren't fairing as well but I'm older and not planning on showing off arms anytime soon. My niece just told me I need to shop for smaller clothes (my smaller clothes are now too big).

Oh thank you! I'm very happy that my arms came out on the "other side" quite nicely. Whew! But I do weights so maybe that's why my arms came out ok..?

You never know, they might turn around for ya and surprise ya
