I don't think I'll lose as much weight and probably won't be as lucky - but one can hope! Congrats!I am lucky but I work out hard too. Everyone is different. I wore a binder after surgery for a month. It helped with pain and I think it helps with skin. Doctor said it doesn't but I did it anyway. Nothing I can do about it now though. It will hopefully be addressed in the future. That is amazing! I'm worried about loose skin myself. My highest weight was 540 and I am currently at 400 4 months out. How long did it take you to get to your current weight?
