Pescador 1,374 Posted September 23, 2016 Ray, my husband went though all this. He had sleep apnea, terrible diabetes, heart stent, cellulitis, and in general I lived every day in fear for his health. I honestly led him into sleeve surgery, after 15 years of WL seminars, when I qualified with 3 comorbidities. My husband is now 69, 3 years later, and he has gone from a 3-4X, to a large shirt, and is down 100 lbs. We are boating again, and he has a complete new wardrobe and is so proud of the way he looks, after his entire lifetime of being a fat person. Most importantly I have not called rescue in three years. YOu can do this! It is the greatest gift I could give him, going first because of his fear, so he could see how great I felt after the sleeve!
