erp 2,016 Posted December 29, 2016 I did and still do exercise. I workout 3-5 days a week for one hour, depending on my schedule. I do mostly strength training now but initially did cardio as well .

erp 2,016 Posted January 2, 2017 Any regrets? Any suggestions I am scheduled for the sleeve 2/8/2017...it's gonna be a great year!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App No regrets. Doubts, fear, and worry- absolutely along the way, sure and totally normal. My suggestion is to be willing to do whatever it takes to be successful. For me that meant following the rules of my program. I did not cheat on my pre-op diet. I focused on Protein first and then veggies post-op. I did any and everything to be successful my first. Keep asking questions and reading these boards. You're off to a great start.
GigiLane 19 Posted January 3, 2017 Seeing posts like this makes me so happy. It really gives me a new perspective and so much hope. There's always a chance to make up for lost time. I've spent a majority of my life feeling so invisible, missing out on social events for fear of not having anything to wear, not feeling confident or just being too embarrassed. I can't wait to glow and exude your confidence. You go girl!! Congratulations. Thank you so much for sharing this post. I'm 31 and I can't wait to go to my reunion and rock a dress like you! erp 2,016 Posted January 7, 2017 Omg I am so inspired. I am having trouble with my food and Portion Control any advice Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I still faithfully use My Fitness Pal. I loosely plan my meals for the week. So since I'm minding my carbs to get the holiday bloat off, I will punch in various meal ideas the night before to give me guidance for the following day. I still focus on Protein with every meal and never really went back to eating bread or Pasta. I also do better when I keep my Water intake up. Hope that helps.
