JanessaM 21 Posted September 24, 2016 I got a personal trainer and started working out as soon as I was given the clearance. I do not struggle with too much loose skin and I credit my trainer for that. I work out 5 times a week, both weight lifting and cardio. I also am very strict with my diet. Good luck!!
