Week 2 post op menu?

Hello! I'm day 7 post op mini bypass. I won't bore you with details as to why, but I didn't get to meet a dietitian so I'm following eating guides from the Internet.

I'm just finishing my week of Clear liquids. Anyone have a menu for their week 2 that they can take a pic of and upload? Confused about quantities and just want to check what others are doing.

Would really appreciate it!
