sondra2368 26 Posted September 19, 2016 Hello fellow sleevers. I'm 4 months post op. I started at 240 and now am stuck at a standstill for over two weeks at 185. How do I fix this so that I can continue dropping. I'm exercising regularly and eating the same. I need some help here. I have decreased my Water intake. Could that be it? I feel stuck. Jobey 177 Posted September 19, 2016 Water is important, especially if you're doing cardio exercise. Why'd you drop it?
Icantbelieveit 955 Posted September 19, 2016 Stalls and sometimes the longer you are postop the longer they become. Never decrease Water, it flushes you out and you need it. Especially if you are doing cardio you should up it. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

OzRoo 1,492 Posted September 20, 2016 Stalls are a normal part of recovery and weight-loss. I have had 4 or 5 by now. I am 6 months post op. My last one was nearly 4 weeks long. Body does its own thing in its own time ...... I've learnt to be patient, and I don't weigh myself much during the stalls. Stalls will pass
