I hope my Doc. dosn't get upset with me if I gained anything, I have been really good with exercise and trying to eat right. What is the longest anyone has gone without? I went over 14 months twice since banding. Once that residual fat-pad around your stomach, the one between your band and the stomach, is gone, fills become much less frequent.
