BariatricChoice.com has some Protein concentrate pouches that are really good. Several varieties and they go down like flavored Water. Not a shake texture, taste, etc. there is also something called Proteinex that is on same site and is good. Try it maybe it will help.

These have a load of sugar! I would not recommend them for Bariatric patients.

If you mean premier you can get them at Walmart, Sam's club, costco, etc. I have seen them at some drugstores, too. I've ordered premier from drugstore.com, too.

Ok you guys are awesome!! I was sleeved almost 3 months ago. And I'm down 65lbs after surgery and 50 before. Thank you guys for your input. It really helps to have people who understand and can help so much! I'm gonna look for those Protein pouches. I don't think I'll do the shots because if they're nasty like y'all say then I'll just waste my money. And I've already done that a lot on Protein Drinks and bars. Thanks again!
