OKCPirate 5,323 Posted September 15, 2016 I just had this problem myself. I switched brands to Irwin Only One Liquid-Gel Multi. I would take them and start to retch. I didn't realize those were the problem until I had already ordered Irwin's Gel for men. Strangly enough, the "Men's" version didn't have the problem. So, may I suggest you just switch to another? It stinks puking in the morning. Get one that works for you.

Bufflehead 6,358 Posted September 15, 2016 I did liquid Multi Vitamins for the first several weeks after surgery. One dose in the morning, one at night. I used Wellesse brand (you can find it on Amazon, and I think drug stores like CVS and possibly Target and Wal-Mart). Wellesse never gave me the slightest trouble. Good luck! shrinkingstacy 15 Posted September 15, 2016 was having that problem also and then would feel sick all day I just switched to the patch.. each patch is like 2 Multivitamins.. we will see how that goes. Reviews say people are having good test results using the patch. Hoping for that for me. Cost isnt cheap but if it means im not sick all day Im all about that got mine at the Bariatric Pal Store
Djmohr 6,965 Posted September 16, 2016 I simply switched to taking my multi Vitamin at bedtime instead of in the am. Same thing with my D3. I do take my Calcium citrate chew first thing in the am and that doesn't bother me. If that doesn't work, try a different brand. You must find one that works for you. I am sure you know this but they are critical for long term health post WLS.
