Starting my new journey

My starting weight is 269.4 and I would eat healthy and lost weight and it wouldn't stay off I would gain all the weight back and more I am really ready to get healthy and lose weight and decrease my chances of heart disease diabetes and high cholesterol runs in my family I am ready for a New change in my life this year I gained 40 pounds in a year so that's scary and I need to find my New self

Thank you well I met the surgeon and we'll he was very nice and we set up my other appointments and I can't believe it's that fast so I'm thinking sometime next year
