RoseyM 2 Posted September 15, 2016 I am going to be 1 month post op on Friday and as of today I haven't lost any weight in 15 days! I am getting so frustrated. I lost 21lbs but have been just stuck now for over 2 weeks, I am getting in atleast 70oz of Water a day as well as meeting my Protein goals and not even getting close to my carbs.... Please tell me it's normal to stall this long or can someone give me some ideas. I posted a pic of a normal day food wise below Sent from my SM-S978L using the BariatricPal App
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted September 15, 2016 Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. That said, it looks like your calories are really low. Especially related to your exercise level. You may need to up your Protein and calories. 67 grams of Protein also seems really low. What is your protein target? RoseyM 2 Posted September 15, 2016 My guide from the surgeon says 500-600 calories for 4-6 weeks post op with the end of the 6th week being from 600-700. Protein goal is 50-70 as well. I'm just curious how long it will last I guess or how to kick it to working again lol Sent from my SM-S978L using the BariatricPal App
