Shocked I was approved (and scheduled)!

I got a tentative date of October 3 and was tracking toward that. Last week my surgical coordinator told me that they wanted to move me to Sept 19th. I hadn't yet been submitted for insurance approval (Aetna) and thought it was never going to happen. But they called today and told me i was approved!!! I was positive that i'd have to appeal, because I have a lower BMI and my comorbidities weren't specifically on Aetna's list (PCOS & pre-diabetes). So excited and so nervous. I have to do just 2 days of the liquid diet this weekend and it's happening. Shocked... Thanks to everyone on this forum for all of the useful info!
